6:30pm – Guests arrive to a warm welcome with fizz and nibbles.
7:00pm – A lively chef-led demonstration covering knife skills, cooking tips, and the evening’s menu.
7:45pm – To the workstations! In groups, you’ll prepare a delicious 3-course dinner, with our expert chefs on hand to guide, inspire, and keep your glasses topped up.
9:30pm – Sit down together to enjoy your freshly prepared meal.
11:00pm – Continue the night with more drinks or head home, full of food and memories.
