How did you hear about The Avenue?
Online – I was googling cookery schools in the UK at the start of this year. Glad to hear we’re at the top of Google search!

Which classes have you done?
I did the Basic to Brilliant course which covers a huge range of dishes in the 2 weeks! A bunch of classes all rolled into one!

What was your favourite class at The Avenue?
This is a hard one… I loved the stir-fry & 6 components of taste lesson and the cake decorating we got the opportunity to do in the second week. Can’t beat a good stir fry!

What’s your favourite dish to cook that you learnt with us?
Breakfast! I have made a cooked breakfast (successfully!) every week. Glad to hear we’ve made a breakfast queen!

What was your favourite dish to eat at The Avenue?
The chicken pie was incredible. A classic for a reason

What is the most obscure thing you have made in the kitchen?
Hmm… Marmite eggy bread: a savoury alternative to French toast. I think people will either love this or hate this…

What class would you like to do in the future?
A date night class – they all look delicious!
