In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to create a mouth-watering Ethiopian feast filled with aromatic spices and hearty dishes. Discover iconic Ethiopian cuisine as you prepare Doro Wat, Injera, Misir Wat, Shiro, and Gomen, each offering a unique taste of Ethiopia’s culinary heritage.

Offering you a glass of wine from the get go (and of course topped up throughout), you will sit and observe our experienced chefs as they lead you through the exciting Ethiopian dishes you will cook up during the class. With insider tips and techniques shared along the way, you will feel more confident in getting your cook on. Worry not, our expert chef will be there to guide you through, ensuring you leave with the ability to recreate these Ethiopian dishes at home!

At the end of the class, you’ll be able to tuck into the fruits of your labour and clink your glasses in celebration with a mouth watering homemade Ethiopian banquet! Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a beginner, this class will provide you with the skills and knowledge to bring the vibrant flavours of Ethiopia into your own kitchen.
