Join us for some fun as we cook up some of Jamaica’s best-known dishes in our Jamaican Cooking Class. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to create a mouth-watering Jamaican feast with a whole load of heat ️. Discover the secrets behind the iconic Jamaican Jerk style of cooking – learning to season and marinate to perfection as you prepare succulent Jerk Poussin, Jerk Sauce, Jerk Slaw and a sweet Rum Cake to finish it off.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a welcoming glass of wine, which will be continuously replenished throughout the evening. Sit back and observe our seasoned chefs as they lead you through the intricacies of Jamaican cuisine, divulging insider tips and techniques along the way. After absorbing the expertise needed to craft these flavourful dishes, it’s your turn to step into the kitchen. Fear not, our expert chef will be by your side, guiding you through each stage of the cooking journey, ensuring you depart with the confidence and ability to recreate delectable Jamaican dishes in your own kitchen.
At the end of the class, you’ll be able to tuck into the fruits of your labour and clink your glasses in celebration with a mouth-watering homemade Jamaican banquet! Maybe with a glass of milk as this one is sure to be spicy!
